Project Description:
The City and County of Honolulu planned the development of Waipahu Wells IV to supplement water supply to the Pearl Harbor District. Development involved conversion of four pre-existing exploratory wells at the project site to production wells.
The project consisted of:
RMTC services consisted of preparing an Environmental Assessment, creating photo-realistic renderings of future conditions, surveying and mapping, and preparing an engineering report and construction documents.
