Planning & Permitting

RMTC offers planning services to private and public clients. Master planning is developed around a dynamic framework defined by land use, circulation, open space, economic and social objectives, and capital resources that requires flexibility and the ability to adapt in order to succeed. We excel at the integration of site infrastructure and engineering into our projects and have also successfully incorporated cultural resources and social traditions into our planning solutions.

RMTC’s planners are experienced in meeting National Environmental Policy Act and Hawaii Revised Statutes, Chapter 343 requirements and other federal, state, and local guidelines. We also provide a full range of land entitlement and development planning solutions.
