Project Description:
RMCT provided Construction Management (CM) services for 14 individual projects, concurrently, at the Manoa Campus. Each project was designed by a specific architect/engineer team and each project was constructed by a different contractor.

Of these projects renovation of Krauss Hall and the Parking Structure, Phase II, projects required removal of ACM and/or lead paint. RMTC monitored the construction contractors’ asbestos abatement work for compliance with the approved asbestos abatement plan.
These CIP projects involved building renovation and new construction and occurred during the school semester. Construction phasing was closely monitored to minimize the disruptions to campus operations.
Services included constructability review, Partnering, construction support services, scheduling, cost control, quality control, materials and equipment, records, testing and inspection, changes and claims, damages, program coordination, and payroll affidavits.
