 RMTC is preparing master plans for two of the most exclusive luxury resorts in the world: the Lodge at Koele and the Manele Bay Resort on the island of Lanai . The resorts are ranked number one and two by Conde Nast Magazine. The master plans incorporate major changes to infrastructure plans and update the land plan to respond to these changes.
